Hello, my name is Rinat Nahum. Many of you know me as Rinat Nahum – Head Hunter, which is of course true, but that’s not all. In my profession as a profiler, I deal with the identification, evaluation and adaptation to business and occupational connections. The root of profiling principles is the ability to perform a precise and correct match by making personal and business adaptations. As an organizational consultant who is in the center of discussions on changes and adaptations to the human resource fabric, I change, keep updated and conduct myself as a business and organizational decision supporting factor. Over the years I have turned the words “Executive Placement” into an entire methodology which includes a holistic approach between the world of occupation and the quality of life. At present, the “Acceleration of Occupational Exits” programs (until now carried out with executives personally), are setting off again in the form of a unique workshop. 15 years ago I decided to leave it all behind. I took along with me all my knowledge from previous years as a senior executive in well known and significant companies in the market and embarked on a new path.
I set out on an independent path that is all in my own spirit, and developed mentoring programs for creating a desirable reality: for executives and people who are at a cross-road in their lives. The program is based on the successful integration between a good position, worthy remuneration and my world-view that the individual is in the center of it all – at every stage, occupationally as well as in his/her personal life. Out of these connected vessels I created career continuation programs that are tailored both to the individual and to the current reality.
In All the exit programs I led in the fields of career, improving wage conditions and solving personal crises, I wholeheartedly desired to be the one who succeeds in bringing about the change in people. It is what motivated me, my existential need to assert rights every day, all year round.
